Cool design, but slow to play. I think the board could definitely be kicked up a notch somehow. If you're looking for a decent relaxing board go ahead and give it a shot though.
Marathon board! Looks good (a few tough borders) with basic gameplay and layout. Cards and elimination runs will probably become a factor in the end game, but good board for new players looking for the basic command and conquer map.
Fun hordes holiday board! Basic hordes map that is good for the holiday season or whenever you're feeling jolly! Gameplay can be quick with the lower number of territories and eliminations are a blast!
Command and Conquer. Be the last one standing! Maybe a questionable border or two, but overall just a decent board/gameplay good for the beginners on the site.
Ha! Funny board with a few quirks (fortifying anywhere). Good board for those looking to start expanding out from the simple command and conquer boards while still staying with something familiar.
Nice board with nice mixture of gameplay. Basic layout and movement and Risk gameplay, although the single Castle continents provide the ability to quickly jump into a battle. Another great board for beginners!
Solid board with amazing graphics! The glow/sphere effect looks amazing and really shows off the perks of dual layers for board designs.
Gameplay is the basic command and conquer, so this is definitely a solid map for beginners!
Risk map, standard gameplay! If you've never played Risk or aren't really familiar with the continent structure then bonuses could be a bit tough to see, but overall a great "theme" map for the site!
Nice water-paint graphics with NO NEUTRALS!!! Few minor differences between your basic Risk board, but a nice clone with the simplistic gameplay attached.
Good board with an interesting starting scenario. I'm not a fan of the neutral bashing aspect, but I understand the gameplay that's attempting to be achieved, so it works out well.
Beautiful graphics, but I despise neutrals! Excellent looking map with some fun gimmicks in the board and the high unit count makes for an interesting dynamic, but I'm not too big of a fan on the number of neutrals and 4 sided dice.
I think this board can be won by player 1 on the first round with some good dice luck, which is a huge negative. Gameplay can be fun and challenging moving around the board, but I do think I prefer the older version over the newer version. Still a decent board with intriguing gameplay!
It's Big and it's Basic! Holds quite a few players easily and gameplay is quick and easy for new players to pick up on. Not too much in the area of originality, but still a good board.
Good solid board! Gameplay was a lot more interesting than I first expected and thought it would be. Board looks great and movement is quick and plays fun. I think it's quite a tough board to get back into the game if you fall early or let others trample over you, but that just means you have to be careful early and play smart!
I should probably play more for a better Rating, but still simplistically great! I think it has had a couple of enhancements for this version and plays even better than it used to, and looks excellent! Great board for strategizing on when to attack and when to defend. Hands bonus makes it worthwhile to hit the top early and there can be some great back and forth.
Seems like such a simple concept that it would not work, but instead I think Raptor has done an awesome job!
Decent to good board. Nice size with cool "globe" graphics, although there are some tiny spaces and I'm not a big fan of random territories and numbering as names.
Basic Hordes! bonus structure with the Capitals in the middle of the sea that provide a bit of a different gameplay/originality. Give the board a shot.
